TERMS AND AGREEMENTS

Hi beautiful soul! Please read this information carefully so that you may better understand your rights and responsibilities during our time together.

I will utilize my experience, education and professional training to work with you in an ethical and competent manner. You can expect me to create a confidential and supportive space for you to share your business details and desired outcomes.

While I provide you with clarity and information, new desired results will depend on YOUR actions. YOU ARE THE CREATOR OF YOUR OWN EXPERIENCE & YOUR BUSINESS. Therefore, I cannot guarantee that you will actually use this information, nor will funds be reimbursed because transformation depends significantly upon your willingness to follow through on recommended actions.

APPOINTMENTS

Your appointment time is held exclusively for you so it is important to be on time. If you are late, then it is very possible your call will be shortened as I often have to prepare for my next client. If I am late due to an emergency, I will make up the time with you.

When we schedule an appointment I am committing to hold that time for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason you must reschedule via the link provided in your original booking email at least 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE or you will forfeit the session.

CONFIDENTIALITY

I keep the information you disclose during our calls confidential. I will not share any of your information with a third party unless you give me written permission. However, please be aware that technology we use does not guarantee privacy, and I record our calls for your reference and convenience. All calls are deleted from the system after a few weeks so please make sure you SAVE any files to your computer that you wish to keep. Please let me know in advance if you do NOT wish for me to record your calls.

TECHNOLOGY

While the use of computers and technology to reach people worldwide is indeed, quite joyous, it also comes with occasional problems. Nor you or I can control the quality of, or any interruptions in the Internet connection. Therefore, if we cannot effectively communicate for our call that particular day, I will reschedule the call at no cost to you. If we get disconnected, I will make diligent attempts to reconnect.

REFUND POLICY

As soon as you pay for and reserve a time slot on the calendar to begin your transformational business journey, this service becomes NONREFUNDABLE. I immediately begin the research and information gathering process upon booking, therefore services have officially begun. There are no refunds past the time of paying and booking.

By moving forward with the enrollment process you are acknowledging your agreement with these Terms.
