These classes aren’t about mastering a form.
They’re about understanding your body’s constitution, and nervous and muscular systems, so that you can learn how to work with your body instead of against it.

pain-free Yoga, Mantra & Meditation
This class blends mindful movement, simple mantra, and meditation to support the body, mind, and spirit.
Designed to help reduce chronic physical and emotional tension, quiet the mind, and create a sense of internal safety, this practice invites you to move your body, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself beyond just the physical body.
It is designed to allow space for deeper presence, reflection, and self awareness.
Plenty of modifications are provided so this class is friendly and accessible to yogis of all levels and body types.
Strengthen & Stabilize
This is a low-impact strengthening class focused on keeping muscles active, responsive, and supportive, especially as we age.
Strong, well-functioning muscles help stabilize joints, support balance, and reduce strain on the body, leading to greater confidence in movement, less pain, and a lower risk of injury.
We use simple tools like light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to build strength, stability, and confidence in movement without stressing the joints.
Nervous System Reset
This is a gentle reset for a busy, overstimulated, tense body, and to calm the overactive mind.
Join us for a slow, intentional movement class designed to help your body shift out of stress mode and into a state of clarity and grounded calm.
Using gentle movement, breath, and nervous-system–supportive practices, this class helps quiet mental noise, reduce physical tension, and restore a sense of internal steadiness without forcing relaxation.

How These Classes are Different
These classes are informed by the same philosophy behind my 1:1 Coaching work:
► You’re not broken - your body and nervous system may simply be responding to stress, overload,, outdated movement patterns, or the wrong movement patterns based on your natural constitution.
► Rather than pushing harder or forcing flexibility, we focus on learning how YOUR body functions best and supporting it with intelligent, intentional movement.
My Annapolis home studio is located near Heritage Harbor, in-between where the farmer's market is staged (Riva Road) and Defense Hwy, and easily accessible from Crownsville, Crofton, central Annapolis, Edgewater, and Arnold.
