This is where we build.
Using your personalized plan, these sessions help you strengthen, stabilize, and retrain your body so you can move with less pain and more ease.
This is not a generic workout or yoga class.
It’s targeted, intentional movement that meets your body where it is.
Sessions may include:
Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT-inspired work)
Gentle strength and stability training
Pain-free movement patterns
Breathwork and nervous system support (as needed, not woo-woo 😉)
Great for:

Improving strength and balance

Sessions are held in my Annapolis home studio (near Heritage Harbor), with easy access from Crownsville, Crofton, Edgewater, and surrounding areas.A Note About the Space:
I do have three cats - if you have allergies, in-home sessions may be a better fit. (After all, I don’t want you to be a sneezy, snotty mess! 😆)In-Home Option:
