I utilize my unique set of tools and my professional experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Yoga + Meditation teacher, and Muscle Activation Practitioner to support people in their journey to:

establishing a healthy mindset
setting up realistic, practical, and supportive daily habits
reducing anxiety and depression
processing a major life issue (divorce, health scare, sudden loss) and figuring out what’s next
connecting to a greater sense of purpose and the higher Self (the mid-life crisis transformation)
and creating strength, stability, and confidence in mind, body, and spirit.

Living a life that is no longer congruent to your values and natural way of being can lead to anxiety, depression, panic attacks, physical illness, and pain/inflammation. I help exhausted professionals calm their busy minds, reconnect with their bodies, and realign with what matters most.
I offer insurance-based teletherapy sessions to FLORIDA residents only.
Yoga Classes
I teach a mix of Hatha and Kundalini yoga, and muscle activation exercises that help alleviate pain while creating more strength and stability in the body.
All of my classes include pain-free movement - I don’t try and twist you into pretzel shapes that we aren’t anatomically designed for and that tend to put the hurt on you for days after. My yoga and movement classes are safe for any body shape or size, and for those with injuries and/or artificial parts and pieces.
The overall theme and focus varies depending on the class and may also include tools such as Tapping (EFT) and vagus nerve exercises to give our nervous system a little break.

Pain Relief Solutions
If you are going to yoga or some other class to try and “stretch out” your pain, injury, and/or tight muscles, but it’s not working…
…there’s a good reason why.
I offer a unique and different approach that’s rooted in science and functional anatomy. You will look at movement, yoga, and the source of your physical pain in a whole different way!
Stretching isn’t the solution, it’s the problem. I know, what??

I am a HUGE supporter of animal welfare so I donate a percentage of my proceeds to various organizations and to The Friends of Anne Arundel Animal Care & Control, my local animal shelter here in Annapolis (of which I am a regular volunteer).
